Ingredients:
1 mug of cooked rice
3 rashers of bacon chopped into small pieces
1 tbsp oil
1/2 small onion or 1 spring onion, finely chopped.
2-3 button mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp cooked peas or sweetcorn
salt and pepper
Method:
Heat a frying pan on a medium heat and fry the bacon for 2-3 minutes
Add the oil and fry the onion and mushrooms gently for 3 minutes.
And the cooked rice and peas or sweetcorn.
Continue frying for 4-5 minutes, stirring all the time, until everything is heated through.
Season with salt and pepper.
