Snacks - 150kcals

Sometimes having a huge calorific meal just feels like too much so for those days having a few extra snacks is better way of bumping up your calorie intake. The following list of snacks all contain approximately 150 calories each:

  • 1 packet of super noodles
  • choc ice
  • peperami
  • cereal bar, ie Nutrigrain/Frosties
  • 2 snack size sausage rolls
  • bowl of cereal with full cream milk
  • mini jaffa cake lunch pods
  • BN pocket pack
  • 4 jacobs crackers
  • ambrosia splat custard pot
  • fruit corner yougurt
  • 2 snack size choc bars
  • 2 tuc biscuits 
  • snack mars bar
  • 2 cake slices
  • small tin baked beans and sausages
  • milky bar mousse
  • 3 ritz biscuits
  • penguin bar
  • muffin bars
  • 1 finger twix 
  • 1 sausage
  • 2 digestive biscuits 
  • 2 bags monster munch
  • 2 tracker type bars
  • 4 butter biscuits
  • 6 rich tea biscuits
  • 2 chocolate mousse
  • Viennese whirl
  • packet mini cheddars
  • 2 chocolate mini rolls
